Shipping & Returns

1. Please note: Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources.

2. Lead time: 4-5 weeks within India - 4-5 weeks International

3. Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns or give a credit note.. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

4. The shipping charges for all shipping within India is FREE. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

5. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. - RTS pcs Standard sizing policy.

6. If you do not wish for an exchange then the refund will only be in the form of a Credit Note. Valid for 6 months.

7. Sale items cannot be refunded/ cannot offer a credit note against it but can be exchanged for another size of the same garment.

8. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item. Due to high quality checks and efficient team the garment is in a great state.

9. Customized & personalized products are non-returnable/refundable/ given a credit note against any purchase. We are happy to make any alterations.

Returns Process

Store Credits – An official confirmation will be shared on mail with the amount value. You can use this credit amount within 6 months from the date of issue on the website or store during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive the product and it passes our quality check.

Return & Cancellation For International Orders

In case of international orders, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations.

We will be happy to make alterations for you. You can courier the outfit to our office – address write . The courier charges will be borne completely by you and not by RoopVatika Design pvt. Ltd.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by RoopVatika Design Pvt Ltd and accepts the decision regarding returns & cancellations for International Customers.

Cancellation By Roop Vatika Design Pvt. Ltd

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud analysis department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Our team will intimate you in case a portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ROOP VATIKA DESIGN PVT. LTD. and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

Taxes & Duties

The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
